Daren Hogge
Chief Executive Officer
As the Chief Executive Officer for Genesis PURE, Daren Hogge oversees the strategic direction of Genesis PURE. In his 29 years in the network marketing industry, Daren has built a reputation as a dynamic leader with the ability to turn vision into reality. He was President of GoYin in 2008 when it merged with Genesis PURE in 2008.
Previously, Daren was a CPA for Arthur Andersen LLP, where he served as a financial consultant to one of the founding companies in the network marketing industry. He later joined the company as president. Daren became the CEO of two very successful companies in the direct selling industry and served as president of the Direct Selling Management Association in Utah for three years. Daren thinks very highly of the industry and enjoys supporting the IBOs in their quest to become successful business owners. It is his passion to team with them to ensure success.

Greg Ezell
Chief Finanical Officer
As Chief Finanical Officer, Greg Ezell oversees all financial and accounting business for Genesis PURE. He joined Genesis PURE in early 2014 as Corporate Controller where his duties included commission payment calculation and processing. Prior to his current position, Greg worked with a financial institution. Greg started his career in accounting as an auditor for a global public accounting firm where he worked with a diverse set of clients in the manufacturing, healthcare, technology, and financial industries.

Tony Solis
Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Tony Solis, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, oversees the Genesis PURE Success and Elite Services team as well as marketing. Tony has over 14 years of experience in sales and business development within the direct selling industry. From operations and field sales experience at Avon Products to planning a comprehensive U.S. sales strategy at The Pampered Chef, Tony has proven himself as an outstanding leader in developing teams in diverse markets. With his foundation of leading others in the field as a U.S. Army Armor Officer and his background as a communications professional, Tony is well versed in how to maximize strategies and motivate audiences of all backgrounds.

Tim Hough
Vice President of International
Tim Hough is Vice President of International for Genesis PURE. Tim’s experience spans multiple industries over the past 15 years. Previously, he was an original officer at Genesis PURE. He has worked with Fortune 500 industry leaders and visionary startups. Tim was the general manager of Japanese operations for one of the largest European electronics companies where he increased distribution and market penetration, and successfully introduced trend-setting products. He is fluent in Japanese. He also served as Marketing Director for Dell Asia Pacific where he led seven distinct teams that comprised over 50 individuals throughout the Asia Pacific region.

Trish Thompson
Director of Human Resources
As Director of Human Resources, Trish Thompson has a genuine passion for making a difference in employees’ lives by developing successful leaders and a well-defined corporate culture. Trish has 25 years of experience in areas of organization and leadership development, coaching, and employee relations. She has successfully implemented effective HR policies and programs designed to accurately represent the Genesis PURE core values and effective delivery of corporate communications. Her direct role with Genesis PURE executives is key to building a solid organization that will produce a world-class team.

Jeremy Bechthold
Director of Regulatory and International Affairs
Jeremy Bechthold leads and manages an outstanding team of international employees as our Director of Regulatory and International Affairs. In addition to product and labeling compliance, FDA requirements, and international product registration, Jeremy and his team manage the day-to-day operations in Japan, Taiwan, and other international markets. Jeremy is passionate about developing and working with cross-cultural teams while fostering communication and teamwork. Jeremy has an MBA from The University of Utah David Eccles School of Business.

Darin Blackhurst
Director of Research & Development and Quality
Darin Blackhurst currently serves as Director of Research & Development and Quality where he works closely with the Genesis PURE Wellness Advisory Board to identify the latest trends in nutrition and product research. Darin has worked in the direct sales and nutrition supplement industry for more than 25 years. Prior to his current appointment at Genesis PURE, Darin worked at Nu Skin Enterprises where he held positions in product management, technical marketing, and regulatory affairs. He later worked for MonaVie as Sr. Director of Product Development and Technical Services. Darin has formulated numerous world-class nutritional supplements based on published clinical research and sensory sciences. He has overseen clinical trials that have demonstrated the effectiveness of the products he has developed. Darin received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in management from AIU and is currently working on a Master of Science (MS) degree in applied nutrition, with an emphasis in obesity and eating disorders, from Canisius College in Buffalo, NY. He is expected to graduate in spring 2017.

Joey Kennington
Director of Compliance
Joey Kennington joined Genesis PURE in July of 2014 as the Director of Compliance. She oversees the company’s Independent Business Owner (IBO) Compliance Program. Joey has 10 years of experience within the direct selling industry and is well versed in FDA and FTC regulations and industry best practices. Prior to joining Genesis PURE, Joey served as Sr. Compliance Manager at Mannatech, Inc. and later as Sr. Compliance and Genealogy Manager at WorldVentures. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington. She resides in Plano, TX with her husband and two children.

Preston Ridley
Director of Application Development
Preston Ridley, Director of Application Development, leads our team of software developers in creating and delivering solutions for our internal users and providing support and tools for our growing independent salesforce. For nearly 20 years, Preston has been delivering software solutions for organizations of all sizes, from the dot-com start-ups to more recently at Mary Kay leading their global e-commerce teams. Preston brings a passion for creating software solutions that makes a difference. He is committed to providing the best software to make every Independent Business Owner (IBO) at Genesis PURE successful.

Nena Sconyers
Director of IT Infrastructure
As the Director of IT Infrastructure, Nena Sconyers provides stable and secure networks and technologies for the corporate office. She has more than 20 years of experience in multiple areas of IT infrastructure and leadership. Along with her IT responsibilities, Nena helps with corporate event planning and services support, and is always willing to take on new responsibilities. Nena is married, has two daughters and several four-legged friends. She is a country girl at heart.

Brandi Snow
Director of Sales Support
Brandi Snow, Director of Sales Support, oversees the Genesis PURE Success Team and Elite Services department. Since 2014, she has provided remarkable customer service and strong leadership and support for her team. Brandi has over 13 years of experience in customer service which includes her work at Delta Airlines and Financial Advisory Firms, both in Dallas. She is passionate about delivering quality service and exceeding customers’ expectations. Brandi is a happily married mother of three who is passionate about her family and the community.

Kate Starr
Director of Program Management Office
Since joining Genesis PURE in 2013, Kate Starr, Director of Program Management Office, (PMO), has been instrumental in bringing several programs and products to market. Her department oversees program development, project management, process improvement and systems maintenance. A planner by nature, Ms. Starr enjoys collaborating with her internal and external customers to develop solutions that work and deliver on time. Ms. Starr received a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Woman’s University and she holds a master’s degree with a concentration in organizational behavior from Washington University in Saint Louis.

Chris Ziebold
Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and Supply Chain
As the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and Supply Chain, Chris Ziebold oversees the budgeting, forecasting, reporting, vendor management, purchasing, and logistics functions for Genesis PURE. Chris has over 16 years of experience in financial management, primarily in the financial services industry. Over that time, Chris has been responsible for the definition, measurement and communication of financial and operational performance for business units ranging from start-ups to multinational corporations. He received both his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and MBA in finance from the University of North Texas.
